



The Syndicate was tasked for publicity and digital marketing of The British Music Embassy at SXSW Online 2021, the very first virtual installment in South By history and the British Music Embassy’s 13th year showcasing at the festival.
Our campaign began on social media six weeks ahead of the festival along with a press announcement of the lineup. We then engaged consumers, press and industry highlighting the nine showcases taking place over five days

Press campaign highlights included reviews and coverage from The New York Times, NPR Music, Paste, The Austin Chronicle, Brooklyn Vegan, Texas Monthly, mxdwn, Austin Monthly, and Ground Sounds, to name a few. KCRW called the showcase "pure joy!” Producer said, “It’s the best press we’ve had EVER at SXSW.”
