WHAT WE DO
The Syndicate’s creative department is an extension of our marketing department, which offers a variety of services ranging from creative consultation to developing full-scale integrated campaigns for both physical and digital spaces. Whether it’s designing for social media, coordinating physical advertising, or advising on creative direction, our expert team brings our client’s stories to life for maximum impact – enabling artists to reach further with content that resonates and endures.
WHO YOU ARE
- Emerging visual creative with a genuine love for graphic design and video
- Passionate about social media and pop culture and stays engaged with current trends and the creative that accompanies them
- Eager to learn, open to direction, and excited to grow within a creative team
- Able to work on a variety of projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Organized, efficient, and motivated by bringing creative ideas to life
- Own a portfolio showcasing skills in graphics, motion, and video (from personal work, school, internships, or early client projects)
- Comfortable supporting senior creatives while also contributing original ideas
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality visual assets
- Produce graphics and video content that align with defined brand identities
- Collaborate with creative leadership and the wider marketing team
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and project demands while maintaining attention to detail
- Stay plugged into social, cultural, and design trends to ensure all assets feel fresh and relevant
- Communicate effectively with teammates and, when needed, clients to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth workflow
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social media editing styles, platform standards, and creating assets in a marketing context
- Strong grasp of traditional graphic design principles
- Working knowledge of print standards
- Working knowledge of motion graphics
- Basic photo editing skills
LOCATION: Hybrid
